As a corporation with a stock market listing both in Germany and in the United States, we are required to adhere to the German Stock Corporation Act and the German Corporate Governance Code on the one hand. At the same time, we are subject in certain respects to U.S. capital market laws as well as the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.
