2 Fresenius Medical Care initiated a project in 2015 with the intent to investigate the root cause of certain hypersensitivity-like adverse events associated with dialyzers of the CorDiax product line. The project was completed in 2019 and reported to the Management Board of Fresenius Medical Care. This communication serves as a high-level summary of the findings and conclusions of the investigation.
