Peter Witzleb

Vice President of Information Services

Peter Witzleb is the Vice President of Information Services. He leads all areas of Information Services and is a collaborative partner to organizational functions as a whole to drive and optimize business results.

Prior to joining Azura Vascular Care, he worked at The Episcopal Academy, where he oversaw all Information Technology operations and support functions. Before The Episcopal Academy, Peter was the Senior Director for Research Information Services and also the co-chair of the Research Information Services Advisory Group at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). In his 11 years at CHOP, Peter’s accomplishments include the design and launch of a professional data center, the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies to drive grant and contract growth, and the adoption of new technology to support scientific and competitive advancement. Peter’s experience also includes holding IT leadership positions for the University of Pennsylvania Health System and University of Rochester Medical Center.

Peter has a master’s degree from the Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester. He also attended the CHOP Healthcare Leadership Institute.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys being a coach for the West Bradford Youth Association and serving as president of his homeowners’ association.
